Lightning Bond Glue is an industrial adhesive know as an Improved Cyanoacrylate. This adhesive bonds in the absence of oxygen and will not evaporate in the container or clog the tip, the product has a three year shelf life after opening of the container. Lighting Bond will bond wood, aluminum, steel, glass, rubber, porcelain, ABS, luran, leather, china, eyeglasses, ceramics and the list goes on. The product is used in manufacturing industries including electrical, optical, watch, plastics, aviation, dental, tool and business machines. MSDS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
The majority of bonding only requires the glue itself. In some cases a filler is needed to make a tight seal and other cases require a accelerator to speed the bonding process. In addition to the glue, filler and accelerator there is a dry epoxy, high temperature epoxy and underwater epoxy available.
