ORDERING:
You will find us at various shows around the county, especially in the mid west, see SHOWS AND EVENTS page. We also take orders over the phone at 414-840-2247 or wi_bags@msn.com.
PAYMENT:
At shows we accept most credit cards VISA - MASTERCARD - DISCOVER, checks and cash. Phone orders and email orders, with credit cards are processed based on product availability. Orders placed by check will not ship until the check has cleared.
We use the PREPAY AND ADD method for shipping your credit card order. We pack your order, find out the shipping charge and add it to your invoice. For check orders, we estimate the charge and you include it in your check written to us.
SHIPPING:
Subject to availability, orders should ship 5-10 working days from acknowledgment of your order. We prefer UPS (tm) and will ship USPS (tm).
SECURITY POLICY:
Security means we make sure the information you gives remains secure!! You should only benefit in doing business with us.
WARRANTY:
Manufacture warranty applies to everything we sell. We honor that warranty should you see us at the show, let us know if you have a warranty issue. You may contact us at 414-840-2247 or wi_bags@msn.com for further instructions if you can not get to a show. NOTE: Warranty return shipping charge are not part of manufacture warranty.
