PAYMENT:

We accept the following (in U.S. dollars):

• Cash - During shows and events. We do not recommend sending cash through the mail.
• Checks - We accept checks but will ship after five (5) to seven (7) business days to allow the check to clear your bank.
• VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER - We accept credit card transactions at shows and events, on our secure website via the shopping cart, and we also accept credit cards over the phone.

SHIPPING:

We will ship out all order(s), subject to availability, five (5) to ten (10) business days from the acknowledgement of your order. If you have paid by check, include the time needed for the check to clear. If you request, we will provide confirmation of your ship date.

Our preferred method of shipping is UPS UNITED PARCEL SERVICE. We sometimes use the U.S. Post Office and we do take requests for other shipping companies. Freight charges are added to your order under one of two methods.

1. PREPAY AND ADD:
   Prepay and Add means that after we take your order and pack it, we figure out the shipping charge and add it to your invoice. We use the carrier's rate. On some orders, freight charges become part of the "deal" at either a flat rate charge or as part of the purchase price. These freight terms are generally large purchases of product, case lots or more. Prepay and Add occurs on any order received away from the website.
2. WEB SITE - SHOPPING CART:
   Because prepay and add does not work with a shopping cart on the web site, cost of shipping is calculated by weight of the item(s) chosen with some allowance for packing material. This cost is added to your shopping cart and applied to your order for each item.

SERVICE POLICY:

Independent Sales has only one thing to offer our customers and that is service. We manufacture nothing, we hold no patents, and we own no real estate. Our only asset is goodwill. We know that one moment of disregard can undo years of goodwill. We will always try to put ourselves in our customer's shoes to see from their point of view. Every Customer is Important. Our customers are people who put food on our table, and we are sincerely grateful and thankful for their business. Our goal is to Provide Exceptional Service. so that our customers will Reward Us with good will and their business.

SECURITY POLICY:

Security means we make sure the information you give us remains secure!! You should only benefit in doing business with us.

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE:

In case of credit card fraud, we will assume all liability for what you owe. Since most states limits liability to the first $50.00 and the credit card company covers the rest, we will pay that $50.00 and interface with authorities to work out the details. What the above means is, if credit card fraud happens with Independent Sales, we will make it right! We will pursue legal actions when and where necessary. Our intent is to make your doing business with us as secure as possible.

WARRANTY:

Our FULL LIFE TIME WARRANTY is as follows:

The products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If such a defect appears during the ownership of the products, we will repair or replace your products, at our option. Naturally, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, inproper care, neglect of the product or damage caused by a common carrier.
